A blissful time at the Iqaluit craft fair

Inuksuk High School in Iqaluit was the place to be for community, crafts, and food on December 7, 2024 as the highschool was full to bursting with Christmas cheer

The biggest craft fair of the year in Nunavut's capital was a crowded Christmas experience on Dec. 7.

From traditional Inuit sealskin products produced by Nunavut Arctic College students to budding new businesses, such as Pierogi Masters, wood crafts from Nova Scotia and sushi made from country food, Iqaluit's Inuksuk High School was a vibrant mosaic of handmade goods on offer from local vendors.
