in Cambridge Bay have confiscated 343 grams of crack cocaine following the arrest of a man alleged to have threatened people with a knife.
On Jan. 29, the police responded to a complaint about the suspect at a residence on Ublogiahokyok Road. He was apprehended a short while later.
As officers were removing the man from the residence, they located what they believed to be illicit drugs and other drug paraphernalia. After obtaining a search warrant, the returned to the residence and seized approximately 343 grams of crack cocaine.
Aidan Rowan-OSA国际影视传媒橰awe, 23, has been charged with assault with a weapon, carrying a weapon for the purpose of committing an offence and possession of a substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Rowan-OSA国际影视传媒橰awe's first court appearance is scheduled for March 24 in Cambridge Bay.
