Nunavut's Containment Team, working with the K Division Emergency Response Team from Alberta, arrested 31-year-old David Kuliktuna at a cabin outside Kugluktuk on Sept. 5.
He has been charged with the following:

SA国际影视传媒搃ntimidation to abstain from reporting (x2)
SA国际影视传媒揻ailing to comply with a probation order (x3)
Kuliktana appeared before court and was ordered to remain in jail until his next court appearance, which is scheduled for Oct. 22 in Iqaluit.
The police obtained a warrant for Kuliktana's arrest from the Nunavut Court of Justice on Aug. 30.
