Fort Resolution are looking for Leron John, 25, of Edmonton, who has an arrest warrant issued in his name.

According to the police, John is facing charges stemming from incidents that took place in Fort Resolution in 2023, including assault with a weapon, uttering threats against a person, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and possession of property obtained by crime.

"John has failed to appear in court and is currently subject to a warrant for his arrest issued in the Northwest Territories. John is further subject to a Canada-wide warrant issued in Alberta for discharging a firearm with intent," according to an Oct. 31 news release from .

Prior to his warrants, John was released from jail based on conditions imposed by the court, the stated. 

John is described as a Black male, approximately 5SA国际影视传媒�6SA国际影视传媒� tall and 130 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on JohnSA国际影视传媒檚 whereabouts should not to approach him and instead contact the nearest detachment or Crime Stoppers at  or call 911, the police advised.
