Search continues for missing Pond Inlet teen

Police in Pond Inlet are part of a search for a 15-year-old boy who was last seen on Oct. 2. 

Rico Akaleapik was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black pants, blue headphones and black shoes in Pond Inlet, according to the .

Nunavut Emergency Management and local ground search and rescue are also on the lookout for the missing teen. 

Anyone with information that may assist with the search is asked to contact Pond Inlet at 899-1111.
