The Midwest Glowball Tournament is always a popular one at the Yellowknife Golf Club every year and this year was no exception.
The 2024 edition of the tournament happened over two nights on Sept. 13 and 14 with a full house of 144 golfers each night. Because there were so many entries, each of the 18 holes had two groups of four players each teeing off in a shotgun-style format, meaning each group started at a pre-determined hole. Each group played either the front nine or back nine, depending on where they were placed on the start list.
Keeping things interesting was a fabulous show courtesy of the Northern lights as they dazzled all over the sky on both evenings.
Here's some of the action from Saturday's soiree.
