A Yellowknife couple are $1 million richer thanks to one lucky lottery ticket.
Bradley Perrault and Dana Martin copped the prize in the Aug. 20 Lotto Max drawing. They bought the ticket the day before the drawing while visiting family in Sherwood Park, Alta., just outside of Edmonton.
According to a release from the Western Canada Lottery Corporation on Monday morning, Perreault checked the ticket two days later and that's when he found out.

Martin said they don't know what they'll do with their new loot, but they do have the option to do more.
SA国际影视传媒淲e are thinking of moving to Alberta, and this money will give us the flexibility to do things on our timeline,SA国际影视传媒 she stated.
The couple, who claimed their winnings in St. Albert, are the latest Yellowknife residents to win a $1 million lottery prize. Before that, Daniel Kudlak won $1 million in the Lotto 6/49 Gold Ball drawing.on June 29.
