Inuvik walks to end suicide

Inuvik's streets were filled with caring as a group of residents turned out for World Suicide Prevention Awareness Day on Sept. 10.

The marchers gathered at East Three School and made their way down Mackenzie Road to Chief Jim Koe Park, where a gathering of healing and respect was held for those who have been lost to suicide.

Prayers and a series of group hugs concluded the march.
