It may have been two weeks later than usual and a few teams had to withdraw at the last minute due to bad weather, but the fourth annual Paulou Ittungna Memorial Tournament hit the volleyball courts at East Three School Nov. 1-3.
The later start proved to have some benefit as the school was able to extend its volleyball program for the full month of October to prepare students for the sporting event.
In the end, the Pancakes won the championship on the men's side while BDE took the women's crown.
