A new Housing Working Group will be established after the GwichSA国际影视传媒檌n Tribal Council (GTC) and GNWT signed a collaborative agreement on April 23.

Building on previous negotiations between the GTC and Housing NWT, the new group will address housing-related matters for Inuvik, Aklavik, Tsiigehtchic and TeetlSA国际影视传媒檌t Zheh (Fort McPherson).

The new framework will examine ways to jointly manage housing service delivery in the regions. The agreement calls on both parties to work together SA国际影视传媒渋n a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect,SA国际影视传媒� with the underlying goal of ensuring people have safes homes to live in.

SA国际影视传媒淗ousing NWT is focused on cultivating collaborative relationships with Indigenous governments,SA国际影视传媒� said minister responsible for Housing NWT Lucy Kuptana.
