Tuk enforces liquor ban as Beluga Jamboree set to begin

For the next few days, booze is banned in Tuktoykatuk.

A temporary prohibition order has been issued from 12:01 a.m. April 17 until 11:59 p.m. April 23, the Tuesday following the Beluga Jamboree.

SA国际影视传媒淣o person shall consume, purchase, sell, or transport liquor within a 25 kilometre radius during this week!!SA国际影视传媒 says the notice posted to the hamletSA国际影视传媒檚 social media account. SA国际影视传媒淥ffenders will be fined! The fine can be up to $500 or imprisonment of up to 30 days or both.

TuktoyaktukSA国际影视传媒檚 Beluga Jamboree kicks off today. Opening ceremonies are set for 5 p.m. at Kitti Hall and fireworks will hit the skies at 1 a.m. The opening day will conclude with the Stanley SA国际影视传媒淲ooly BullySA国际影视传媒 Keevik memorial twisting contest, where couples will show off their dance skills for a cash prize.
