More than 50 couples in Iglulik shared each other's company and a delicious cut of meat at the community hall on Feb. 14.

The municipality hosted its third annual Valentine's steak dinner for couples, and there was no charge for the meal. Merlyn Recinos volunteered to be chef. The meal included baked potato, veggies, a Valentine's cake, heart-shaped cheesecakes, chocolates and candies.
Prizes were given to the longest-lasting couple and best-dressed couple SA国际影视传媒� Richard and Susan Amarualik won both of those categories SA国际影视传媒� and to the newest couple, which went to Paul Satuqsi and Catherine Paniaq.
The night wrapped up with some slow dancing.
The hamlet hosts the event to promote healthy relationships in the community.
