A 20-year-old Rankin Inlet man will be heading to court to answer to impaired driving related charges following an incident in the community on Saturday night.

The responded to a report of an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) driving at a high rate of speed, not stopping at stop signs and SA国际影视传媒渄riving recklesslySA国际影视传媒� around town. In addition, there were reportedly three people on the machine, which exceeds the limit of two.

Police located the ATV and arrested a man they say was the driver after he allegedly failed a test involving a roadside screening device.

The accused is scheduled to appear in court in Rankin Inlet on Feb. 10, 2020.
