A 52-year-old Iqaluit woman faces an aggravated assault charge following an incident involving a man on Wednesday.
responded to a disturbance in the 500 block area of Iqaluit and found a man SA国际影视传媒渋n distress,SA国际影视传媒� requiring medical attention. He was transported to Qikiqtani General Hospital by ambulance. HeSA国际影视传媒檚 reportedly in stable condition.
In addition to the aggravated assault charge, the woman has also been charged with violating a court condition. She appeared before a justice of the peace on Thursday afternoon and she will remain behind bars until her next court appearance in the Nunavut Court of Justice on May 7, according to the police.
