Fort Smith man charged with child pornography offences

A 22-year-old Fort Smith man faces child pornography charges following a joint investigation led by the NWT SA¹ú¼ÊÓ°ÊÓ´«Ã½™s Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE).

The man was arrested without incident after members of the department, along with the SA¹ú¼ÊÓ°ÊÓ´«Ã½™s Major Crime Unit, Fort Smith and the Saskatchewan Digital Forensics Unit, executed a search warrant, seizing electronic devices on Tuesday, Sept. 17, states a news release issued by police.

Marcus Bourke has been charged with two counts of possessing child pornography and two counts of luring.
