A 22-year-old Fort Smith man faces child pornography charges following a joint investigation led by the NWT SA国际影视传媒檚 Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE).
The man was arrested without incident after members of the department, along with the SA国际影视传媒檚 Major Crime Unit, Fort Smith and the Saskatchewan Digital Forensics Unit, executed a search warrant, seizing electronic devices on Tuesday, Sept. 17, states a news release issued by police.
Marcus Bourke has been charged with two counts of possessing child pornography and two counts of luring.
