May 18, 1957 - March 27, 2025

Harry Hunt of Brooks, Alberta, left this world on Thursday, March 27th, 2025, after a heroic battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving family members. He was 67 years of age, born in Badger's Quay, NL, to Arthur and Eleanor Hunt. Harry was a loving partner to Jane Romanowich, and a devoted father to his children, Jeff (Julie), Justin, and Jennifer (Brian). He had five grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and a multitude of cousins (literally, a boisterous multitude). Harry was a Harley Davidson enthusiast, always dressed in his black leather vest, and proud of his two Harley motorcycles and his miniature motorcycle collection. Harry loved traveling and taking driving trips. Upon moving to Brooks from the NWT, he travelled most of the roads in southern Alberta, always ready to go exploring. Harry was a gentle soul and an extraordinary man, and in his 67 years with us, he has left lasting memories of laughter and love with loved ones and strangers alike. Harry was one of a kind and his presence will be greatly missed. Special thanks to the team at the Margery E.Yuill Cancer Society. You are all very special people.
