With profound sadness, we announce the passing ofMarc Joseph L茅andre Normandin on February 27, 2025. Born on August 21, 1964, in St. Dorothee, Quebec,Marc was the sixth of ten children.

At the age of 15, Marc moved to Yellowknife, where he built a life full of love, hard work, laughter, and generosity. It was there that he met the love of his life, Ramona, in 1982. Together, they created a beautiful family, raising four children: Michael, Marc-Andr茅, Melissa, and Chelsey.Marc was a devoted and loving father and husband who worked tirelessly to provide for his family while always making time for them.

Marc had a strong work ethic and spent his career working for Robinson's Trucking Limited, Buyers, the City of Yellowknife, and Ace Enterprises. Despite his demanding jobs, he always put his family first. Later in life,Marc and Ramona had the joy of caring for their grandson, James, embracing the opportunity to slow down and truly enjoy watching him grow. James, now 14, was a source of immense pride and happiness for Marc.

Generous, loving, and always ready to lend a hand, Marc would do anything for his family and friends. He was known for his quick wit and incredible sense of humor, always bringing laughter to those around him. His kindness, hard work, and devotion to his loved ones will never be forgotten.

Marc was welcomed into heaven by his parents, Norbert Normandin and Gertrude Villeneuve; his siblings, Maryse, Ren茅, and Chantal; and his beloved granddaughter, Araya.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Ramona; his children, Michael, Marc-Andr茅, Melissa (Dwayne), and Chelsey; and his grandchildren, Danika, Kali, Cody, James, Elliott, Aubree, Everett, and Laisee, with another grandchild on the way.
