Hay River Health and Social Services members of the UNW Local 21 have not supported a strike mandate after vote count at the UNW office is completed.

In a document obtained by SA国际影视传媒, the Public Service Alliance of Canada has announced the news to Local 21 members.

"We did not receive sufficient support to pursue a strike mandate that would allow Local 21 to keep pace with our bargaining units at the GNWT and NTPC," the document read.

This announcement comes just over an hour after a strike mandate was issued for NTPC workers for Feb. 11.
