No suspects in Yellowknife liquor store break in, say

No suspects have been identified following an apparent break-in at the downtown liquor store early on Saturday morning, said Monday.

"At approximately 9:45 a.m, on April 18, Yellowknife received a call for service regarding an alleged break and enter at the downtown liquor store. When officers arrived on site, they noticed that a front window had been smashed and that an amount of alcohol was missing from the store," said in an email.

The smashed window beside the front door has since been replaced with a plastic sheet cover.

In a Facebook post, the liquor store said a break-in took place sometime after 3 a.m. on Saturday.

The post asked for anyone with information on the SA国际影视传媒渟ole male individual responsibleSA国际影视传媒 to contact police.

The incident came just over a day after new restrictions on the amount of alcohol one customer can purchase in a single day in the NWT took effect.
