search for missing man in Yellowknife

Yellowknife is asking for the public's assistance in finding a missing man. According to the Mounties, Timothy MacDonald, 54, has not been seen or heard from for more than a week.

Marie York-Condon, civilian media liaison for the , stated in an e-mail MacDonald was reported missing Tuesday morning by a person who last saw him a week ago yesterday in Yellowknife. She also stated believe he has been residing in Yellowknife.

Police did not identify the person who reported MacDonald missing.

He is described as 5'10 to 5'11SA国际影视传媒� tall with short, dark hair and a moustache. He could be dressed in a black shirt, jeans and white running shoes. He may also be wearing a baseball cap and carrying a green military backpack.

Anyone know the whereabouts of MacDonald is asked to contact or Crime Stoppers.
