Claudia Le, the manager of the restaurant believed it may have been a targeted attack. However spokes person Marie York-Condon stated the investigation does not believe this was an intentional incident.
Due to the accident the caf茅 has shut down service temporarily. Yellowknifer attempted to contact one of the cafe's owners, Anita Li at the establishment but received an answering machine which said the company will give the public a three-day notice when it plans to re-open.
