Yellowknife cadets broaden skills in Whitehorse

More than 200 sea, air, and army cadets, including some from Yellowknife, took part in summer training at the Whitehorse Cadet Training Centre.

The seasonal adventure started on July 29 and finished on Aug. 23, said Frances Ogilvie, a public affairs officer for the regional cadet support unit.

Nadia Bonhomme, 16, is one of the cadets based in Yellowknife.
