The City of Yellowknife will be resuming its bi-weekly collection of organics with its curbside green cart pickup program starting June 1.
The municipality issued a news release on Thursday stating that the city will return to the regular curbside pickup program schedule.
Last month, the city had suspended its green cart collection of organics due to public health concerns with the Covid-19 pandemic.
At that time, the city began a weekly to households.
