Reasoning for acquisition of a new simulator was eventually directed towards the business side, but initially was going to be used for family time.

SA国际影视传媒淣ow the golf course is closed down,SA国际影视传媒� continued Vornbrock. SA国际影视传媒淪o we started looking at (putting) them in my parents shop, just for us, (but then) weSA国际影视传媒檙e like; SA国际影视传媒淚f weSA国际影视传媒檙e gonna do this, maybe we should just put it in the pub, get some revenue off of it.SA国际影视传媒�

Revenue wasnSA国际影视传媒檛 the only thought on VornbrockSA国际影视传媒檚 mind as she also took into account YellowknifeSA国际影视传媒檚 golfing community.

SA国际影视传媒淭hereSA国际影视传媒檚 a really good golfing community here that I think would be really kind of happy to have an option to kind of practice up for the winter,SA国际影视传媒� said Vornbrock.

ThatSA国际影视传媒檚 certainly the case for Jenni Bruce, a member of the Mediocre Golf Association, who says sheSA国际影视传媒檚 100 percent going to use it.

SA国际影视传媒淚tSA国际影视传媒檚 always a challenge keeping our game up over the winter,SA国际影视传媒� said Bruce. SA国际影视传媒淪o this will be a great option.SA国际影视传媒�

Bruce hopes she can get to the simulator at least once a week, SA国际影视传媒渏ust to keep the muscles working.SA国际影视传媒�

As for what residents (and golfers) can expect from the simulator, on top of different playing options like the driving range or a full 18 holes, the simulator can also measure club speed and the impact of your shot.

SA国际影视传媒淎nd where youSA国际影视传媒檝e hit the ball,SA国际影视传媒� said Vornbrock. SA国际影视传媒�(It) actually gives you some pretty good information on maybe what youSA国际影视传媒檙e doing wrong, or what you could do better.SA国际影视传媒�

The simulator is SA国际影视传媒渁 bit of an investmentSA国际影视传媒� for the Pub, but for Vornbrock, itSA国际影视传媒檚 work putting the money in.

SA国际影视传媒淧ricing is in U.S. dollars, but the unit that weSA国际影视传媒檝e gone with and the extra balls and stuff like that, weSA国际影视传媒檙e right around $20,000,SA国际影视传媒� said Vornbrock.

SA国际影视传媒淲ith the closure of - 40 below golf and, you know, we run the golf course clubhouse for the summer, so we interact with a lot of the golfers and it just seemed like a really good idea that people seem to have a lot of interest in,SA国际影视传媒� continued Vornbrock. SA国际影视传媒淪o weSA国际影视传媒檙e gonna give it a go.SA国际影视传媒�

Installation for the simulator wonSA国际影视传媒檛 slow down pub operations for those concerned, as things have already been mapped out and are ready to go once things arrive.

SA国际影视传媒淲e do have to have (WilfSA国际影视传媒檚 Renovations) come in and make some adjustments to the roof and the floor, just to get a little more space,SA国际影视传媒� said Vornbrock SA国际影视传媒淲eSA国际影视传媒檝e done that before. At another part of the pub when we put in the dance floors and stuff.SA国际影视传媒�

SA国际影视传媒淪o itSA国际影视传媒檚 just a drop ceiling that just needs to be kind of brought up,SA国际影视传媒� continued Vornbrock. SA国际影视传媒淪o then weSA国际影视传媒檒l have all the clearance and tuck it away in the corner. SA国际影视传媒淵ou need to have clearance of at least 10 feet for swinging and all of that, so weSA国际影视传媒檙e adjusting our space so that weSA国际影视传媒檝e got 12 feet clearance from floor to ceiling, and the actual unit itself is about 14 feet wide.SA国际影视传媒�

As far as bookings go, Vornbrock says the Pub will most likely use an app that golfers can use to SA国际影视传媒渂ook-in their tee timesSA国际影视传媒�. This, in-turn, could lead to some SA国际影视传媒渟imulatedSA国际影视传媒� golfing leagues.

SA国际影视传媒淢aybe after the initial launch, weSA国际影视传媒檒l kind of get a menSA国际影视传媒檚 and ladies league going and, you know, thatSA国际影视传媒檒l give some more reason to stop by the Pub,SA国际影视传媒� said Vornbrock.

Jenni Bruce seconded that idea.

If youSA国际影视传媒檙e excited for the opportunity to try out the simulator, you wonSA国际影视传媒檛 have to wait (to) long as the arrival of the unit could be in the next three weeks.

SA国际影视传媒淭his unit ships out of Idaho,SA国际影视传媒� said Vornbrock. SA国际影视传媒淥nce payment is received, they ship between five and seven days after they get all the product together. Depending on how it comes across the border, I think that could be the only hang up, but I would anticipate three weeks if weSA国际影视传媒檙e looking good for travel times.SA国际影视传媒�
