Fort Smith man faces 15 child luring, porn charges after two arrests a year apart

A Fort Smith man previously charged with luring and possession of child pornography is facing new charges for similar crimes. 

have now charged Marcus Bourke, 24, with a total of 15 alleged crimes SA国际影视传媒� 12 counts of luring a child, two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of accessing child pornography. 

An news release advised that the NT Internet Child Exploration Unit SA国际影视传媒� a unit specializing in investigations related to child pornography, luring, non-consensual distribution of intimate images, and voyeurism SA国际影视传媒� began a probe in May 2019 with assistance from Saskatchewan and Fort Smith . 

A search warrant for electronic devices was executed in September 2019 and Bourke was arrested and charged immediately.

Bourke has been released on conditions and is scheduled to appear in Territorial Court in Yellowknife on Nov. 24.

He also was charged with two counts of child luring and two counts of possessing child pornography in September 2019.

None of the charges against him have been proven in court.
